Shawn M. Robinson
Shawn M. Robinson received an undergraduate degree in management science from University of California, San Diego in 1987. In 1993, he received his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson University.
Since 1994, Mr. Robinson’s practice has focused on several areas of litigation practice, including:
- Construction litigation
- Personal injury litigation (primarily defense)
- Business related matters
- Insurance coverage litigation
- Insurance and real estate agent/broker errors and omissions
- General liability matters
- Litigation involving facilities for the elderly – including Elder
Abuse
Mr. Robinson also has worked for more than a decade as an insurance claims representative for three large national insurance carriers.
In January 2008, Mr. Robinson joined Lounsbery Ferguson Altona & Peak LLP in the litigation department. Mr. Robinson brings to the firm several years of litigation experience which will assist the firm’s current and future clients in all their litigation needs. While continuing his full service practice of representing subcontractors, general contractors, developers and in assisting clients with insurance coverage questions, Mr. Robinson will advise and represent public and private clients as to general civil litigation matters.
Mr. Robinson is a member of the California State Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association.
